Our Story

AutomateGenius was created by Prenger Solutions Group – the tech-savvy fundraising firm behind another amazing fundraising tool – AskGenius.

When Blackbaud announced they had created a certified connector to Microsoft Power Automate our database consultants jumped in with both feet, led by two of the most experienced Raiser’s Edge users on the planet – Stacy Cope and Austen Brown.

Our team spent two years experimenting and building automations that would help PSG’s nonprofit clients delight their donors and improve their back-office procedures. It was exciting, frustrating and rewarding work.

Over time, we learned which automations pack the most bang for the buck, and we learned how to set them up for our clients in a way that would deliver reliable results and alert us of any errors so we can fix them right away.

We are so proud to offer AutomateGenius as a stand-alone service so that all nonprofits (not just PSG’s full-time consulting clients) can use these tools to delight their donors, streamline their gift processing, create custom reports and raise more money.
