How it works
AutomateGenius connects to the organization’s Raiser’s Edge environment and monitors donor activity. Then it sends gift notification alerts as gifts come in based on the size of the gift and the assigned solicitor. These gift notifications can be delivered through Gmail or Outlook or through chat messages inside Slack or Microsoft Teams. They can be customized to include links to the donor’s constituent record and phone number making it even easier for the staff person to follow-up with the donor.
