AutomateGenius pricing does not include the following:
- The cost of Raiser's Edge NXT for your organization.
- Microsoft 365 and Power Automate licenses required for expert-built workflows, where applicable.
- The cost of any data cleanup necessary for your automations to run effectively. If you need help with data cleanup, PSG can provide an estimate for contracted consulting services.
- Automations that are outside the proven AutomateGenius menu, unless PSG separately scopes them as custom consulting work.

- How much does an AutomateGenius solution cost?
- AutomateGenius solutions generally begin with a one-time setup fee around $3,000, with higher setup fees based on the solution and configuration complexity. Every automation also includes an annual fee for PSG to host, monitor and maintain the workflow throughout the year. PSG confirms the exact price based on the solution and the standard configuration options you select.
- Why does AutomateGenius charge an annual fee?
- Your automations run throughout the year, doing all the manual work behind the scenes and serving up the prompts, alerts, emails and reports you need to run a great fundraising operation. The annual fee covers hosting, monitoring and ongoing maintenance for your automations to keep everything running exactly as it should.
- Does AutomateGenius require a long-term contract?
- No. You pay a one-time setup fee plus the annual fee for the first year. After that, you pay the annual fee for as long as you continue using the automation.
