Our team manages millions of records for nonprofits every day, and our own fundraising pros kept running the same complicated reports, follow-ups, letters and record updates our clients were. So we built a better way. The automations worked, clients asked for them, and AutomateGenius was born.

PSG built and owns AutomateGenius, and its consultants configure and monitor every solution it sells.
- Does AutomateGenius replace Raiser's Edge NXT?
- No. AutomateGenius runs alongside your existing Raiser's Edge NXT environment, which stays your database of record. Each solution works with the constituent, gift and pledge data your team already maintains, making recurring reporting, outreach and record updates faster and more consistent.
- Can AutomateGenius automate anything we ask for?
- No, and that is intentional. AutomateGenius sells a fixed menu of solutions already proven in real Raiser's Edge NXT environments, which keeps implementation fast, scope clear and support dependable. When a need falls outside the menu, PSG's consulting practice can take it on separately.
- Is AutomateGenius affiliated with Blackbaud?
