- Who should join an AutomateGenius discovery call?
- Whoever owns fundraising operations, plus the person closest to Raiser's Edge NXT day to day. A database administrator is helpful but not required. Thirty minutes with the right two people is usually enough to confirm fit and identify the best starting point.
- Will we get pricing on the discovery call?
- Yes. Most AutomateGenius solutions begin with a one-time setup fee between $3,000 and $7,500 plus annual hosting, monitoring and maintenance. PSG confirms the exact price based on the solution and the standard configuration options you select.
